From The Heart Home Health Care is a certified Medicaid Home Help Agency.  We also work with auto insurances, private insurances, third-party insurances, reverse mortgages, and accept private pay.  We work in coordination with case managers, insurance adjusters, discharge planners, physicians, and other referral sources to ensure quality care for each patient.We are currently servicing Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties of Michigan.  And we are looking forward to working with you!
Medical (skilled) services are healthcare provided by a certified/licensed professional. These services are typically ordered by a physician.  However, this is not always the case. For example, an individual can hire a speech therapist directly without a physician’s order.
